We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Damaged Items

If your metal wall art arrives damaged, please email us at support@theartfoxcreations.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage and your order number — we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

📦 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Custom Orders)

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The item is not custom or personalized

• It’s in original packaging

• You cover return shipping costs

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Items not in original packaging

• Items returned after 30 days

• Products that have been altered

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

📬 Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives safely.
We recommend using a trackable, insured service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.

📮 Return Address

We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.
(We don’t publicly list our address to protect privacy, but we’ll share it directly when needed.)
